we've understood that there has been some confusion about getting into the Virtual Meeting Rooms of the Working Groups. I would kindly like to point out one minor yet mandatory step when making your way into your WG:
When you click on the name of a Working Group on the Virtual Meeting Rooms page, a page titled "Enrolment options" will open up. A feature of the platform is that you must manually enrol yourself to a Virtual Meeting Room. Therefore, be sure to click the Enrol me button at the bottom of the screen! This will take you to the WG in question.
As a participant you are able to enrol yourself to any WG by this same procedure - that is to say, you will be able to access all the Virtual Meeting Rooms. The self enrolment has to be done only for the first time when accessing a new WG. The line "Self enrolment (Student)" is slightly misleading in this case as the same protocol applies for all the Conference participants, from postgraduates to professors.
Our apologies for the inconvenience!
